Offering exceptional comfort in wet or dry applications, ErgoDeck Open Grid has an “open” grid surface for ease of maintenance and is designed for areas where debris falls to the floor or liquid pools causing a slip hazard. ErgoDeck Solid is a low maintenance, dry area ergonomic flooring solution utilized in areas to capture and prevent the spread of loose debris and particles.
The 7/8" thick professional grade, 18” x 18” super-sized ergonomic deck tile is engineered to compliment any work environment and adapt to the needs of workers. It is designed to maintain the comfort, prevent standing worker fatigue, and encourage productivity.
The LockSafe® Positive Interlocking System delivers secure connections and prevents separation. Perfect for lean manufacturing, tiles can be unlocked and repositioned as production centers change to fit workers needs.
ErgoDeck tiles are modular and easily snap together to cover large areas. Each ErgoDeck tile has six (6) female LockSafe connectors on two adjacent sides and the corresponding, hidden male LockSafe connectors on the other two sides. This design eliminates the need for additional fasteners, and allows the tiles to be connected on all four sides for a totally flexible layout or floor design. Easily replace single pieces or add sections as needed to reduce costs.
The optional 6” x 18" beveled side safety ramps and corners have countersunk holes for semi-permanent installation.
